EXCHANGES
We accept exchange requests within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn.
- Unwashed.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with all original tags and original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Due to the limited nature of our collections, exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, we'll work with you to find the best solution, including a refund or store credit.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only available in the following cases:
- Your order is cancelled before shipment.
- You received an incorrect item.
- Your item arrived with a manufacturing defect.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Change of mind.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.
